Construction projects from start to finish

The FAIN Group completed an extensive remodel, which involved demolition and reconstruction of jail holding cells, offices and record storage area in lower level of an occupied Courthouse for Denton County. The FAIN Group was professional and timely with this project.We highly recommend The FAIN Group, as they are a fine contractor, one in which we have had the privilege to work with.

The FAIN Group was the general contractor on three major park’s projects for The City of Brownwood. They constructed the pool, filtration building, pavilions and bath house for the City’s new Family Aquatic Center. They also constructed 12 baseball/softball fields with lighting and irrigation and three restroom/concession buildings at the City’s new Sports Complex. They also remodeled an existing building for use as a senior citizen recreational facility. The projects were completed in a timely manner, within budget and the public has thoroughly enjoyed the facilities.The City recommends using The FAIN Group for any construction needs. They performed all required activities including coordinating subcontractors for grading, electrical, mechanical and plumbing installations. They were easy to work with when the city suggested any changes or needed additional work added to the projects.

The FAIN Group has been the general contractor on our City’s new Outdoor Family Aquatic Center Project.From the owner to the project manager and right down the line, FAIN employees have been very professional in their approach to our project. Because of FAIN’s commitment to making sure the city of Pampa will have a great family aquatic center for years to come, we would highly recommend them for other projects.

The FAIN Group was awarded a contract by The City of North Richland Hills to construct two new neighborhood parks and renovate one of the original city parks, The FAIN Group executed the construction in an expedient manner and took great care to follow the specifications and contract documents during construction. Their communication during the project was effective, and I as the owner’s representative . . . stayed informed of their progress and any potential areas of concern. Their methods and materials of construction were first class and the end product was more than satisfactory.I would rank my experience managing a project constructed by The FAIN Group as being one of the better ones. I highly recommend them.
